  • The management of several projects at one time from initial client brief through to finalization, effectively prioritizing as needed
  • Contributing to brainstorms and creative ideation/workshop efforts
  • Independently developing detailed timing plans and estimates for a range of tactical projects, ensuring the team are aware of their responsibilities in delivering for the client
  • Owning the daily finances on certain projects, monitoring project activity, scope and spend
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities with clients, proactively bringing these to the attention of the senior team
  • Where opportunities arise, mentoring more junior team members of our early-entry program, ensuring they are adhering to the Creative Marketing standards, processes and best practices
  • Defending and elevating creative standards in all interactions

  • Is proactive in their approach and regularly forward plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget
  • Flawless attention to detail and excellent quality control skills
