Role

We are looking for seasoned Senior Account Managers (SAMs) with a passion for nurturing our people and client relationships to promote and support our growth. As a SAM, you will be a trusted advisor, with sound consultancy skills and the ability to provide good strategic counsel. You will make operational decisions and, with the support of our senior team, be accountable for delivering healthcare communications programs that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading day-to-day client interactions (e.g., client meetings/status calls)
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively addressing these for the best outcomes
  • Leading implementation of specific projects in the medical communications field, compliantly, with senior support as needed
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and liaison, including key opinion leaders, third-party suppliers, media, etc.
  • Consistently developing, managing, and tracking client budgets in a timely way and executing account-related finance administrative tasks
  • Proactively monitoring external and new business opportunities and taking part in training of internals teams
  • Providing interactive training sessions as well as guiding and coaching our junior team to help them with their development goals.


Candidate must have:

  • Proven experience in agency account management, with an excellent record of keeping to or exceeding targets
  • Strong financial, timeline management, and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to forward plan and adjust team resource
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize, appropriately
  • Good writing and presentation skills, and ability to adapt style to different audiences
  • Excellent collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office as well as compliance with/understanding of GDPR, EFPIA, ABPI.
