“Last year was an exciting time for AXON, to say the least, with further significant growth,” says Miranda Dini, Managing Partner. “To support our continued expansion—in both size and geographic footprint—we welcomed an incredible roster of talent in 2016. Between our long-standing colleagues—some of whom have been with us for more than 10 years—and the fresh perspectives of the newest members of our team, AXON has an exceptional group of talent in place, ensuring we are well-poised for another outstanding year in 2017.”

Sola Neunie joins as an Associate Editorial Director, bringing 12 years of experience in medical writing and management to the role. Simonetta Ballali joins as a Program Director in the medical communications stream. Born in Italy, Simonetta has worked across Europe, Latin America and India as a project manager and scientific writer before settling in London and joining the AXON team.

Andy Scott originally joined AXON in 2007 as part of the agency’s graduate program. Now re-joining AXON as an Associate Director, Andy has the unique opportunity to be view the agency from the lens of someone who was here when it was a third of its current size as well as from a new starter in 2017. He will be based in the agency’s Copenhagen office, which is fully integrated with AXON London.

“It’s great to be back at AXON, which has obviously grown leaps and bounds since I was here originally, but has managed to retain its collaborative culture and its family feel,” said Andy. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience life in Copenhagen while being part of the extended London team, and I’m looking forward to working closely with our Danish clients and building on the strong relationships AXON has in this region.”
