AXON is proud to announce the company is once again one of the top 10 Best Workplaces™ (medium-sized category) in the UK, following the Great Place to Work® awards event on 3 May.

Having broken into the top 10 in 2016, AXON has climbed two places to rank 7th in 2017, the highest position of any healthcare communications agency. The coveted awards are announced annually and showcase the best places to work in the UK. Judging is based on honest employee feedback, analysis of the company’s management and an evaluation of company culture.

Building on an outstanding year in 2015, AXON London continued to grow in size and scope throughout 2016 – both financially and from a staffing perspective – to have one of its most successful years to date, including:

  • 39% year-on-year financial growth
  • 23 new hires
  • 18 promotions
  • Established a presence in Switzerland
  • Positive employee feedback

This award acknowledges these achievements, but also reflects the exceptional feedback from employees themselves, illustrating the importance the leadership places on ensuring AXON maintains its positive, supportive and engaging company culture regardless of growth or other changes.
