Q. What has been the highlight of your communications career so far?
A. In my previous role as a media specialist I use to jump in and out of programs all the time. At one point I jumped into a client to support their products approval and to conduct the media relations around the announcement. After meeting and working with the client for a few weeks, at the end of approval week I received flowers to my home thanking me for my work. Seeing the appreciation from clients has been great!

A. Always give timely feedback, in the moment.
Q. Which media source do you trust most?
